Is there any way to avoid the shipping cost of return items?

Once you have placed an order with Phaistoshands you may return the product(s) you have selected for any of the following reasons:

  • The product(s) are sent in error
  • The product(s) are received damaged.

Phaistoshands will not issue refunds for any reason including a change of mind.

Phaistoshands guarantee the quality of each product.  Each product is checked before delivery to ensure that our high quality standard is maintained at all times and no product(s) leaves our workshop that does not meet quality standards.

If the product has been received by the customer damaged, it will be replaced with an item of the same product category and style. Due to the uniqueness of Phaistoshands products, an exact exchange may not be possible, in which case it will be exchanged for a similar product of equal value.

The shipping cost for returning product(s) will be paid by Phaistoshands.

To place a return, please ensure you initially contact us to register your return. Ensure you have returned the goods within fourteen (14) days of the date of purchase and include the proof of purchase (Receipt of payment) with the return.  The product(s) must be returned in the condition it was sent and in its original packaging. Once we receive the goods we will check your return request and confirm the return via e-mail.

Products that have been manufactured as per your design request cannot be returned or refunded.
